Por raz\u00f5es contabil\u00edsticas, as entregas de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 podem ser efectuadas contra pagamento. Se for apresentada uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o justificada ap\u00f3s a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o e verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da entrega de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, receber\u00e1s uma nota de cr\u00e9dito. Compreende que temos de cobrar uma taxa de processamento de 100 euros l\u00edquidos no caso de uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o injustificada e que o artigo entregue n\u00e3o pode ser devolvido. <\/p>

Se, salvo acordo em contr\u00e1rio, o artigo reclamado n\u00e3o nos for devolvido no prazo de 3 semanas, encerraremos o processo e cobraremos a taxa de processamento. Gostar\u00edamos tamb\u00e9m de chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o facto de poderem ser incorridos custos adicionais (t\u00e9cnicos, peritos, etc.) durante o processamento da tua reclama\u00e7\u00e3o.
