We cannot say to what extent technical requirements or laws in other countries have an influence on the installation. Replacement deliveries and processing fee<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For accounting reasons, replacement deliveries can only be provided against payment. If a justified complaint is made after returning and checking the replacement delivery, you will receive a credit note for this. Please understand that we have to charge a processing fee of 100 euros net in the event of an unjustified complaint and that the delivered item cannot be returned. <\/p>

If, unless otherwise agreed, the item complained about has not been returned to us within 3 weeks, we will close the process and charge you the processing fee. We would also like to point out that further costs (technicians, experts, etc.) may be incurred in the course of processing your complaint.
