OUR SERVICE PROMISE TO YOU!

Through the continuous training of our employees and our high standards of quality – Made in Germany, we guarantee you high-quality, custom-fit, tailor-made solutions for a wide variety of projects for the complete photovoltaic connection technology and energy storage solutions.
However, should an enwitec product unexpectedly show damage or not function according to the product description, we will of course be liable for our product within the scope of product liability. Our current general terms and conditions apply exclusively.
You have a 24 MONTH warranty on all our products within the legal framework. Proper use is assumed.

We will inform you about the handling and procedure for complaints and will try to help you as quickly as possible. Please do not act on your own, but contact us immediately.
To simplify the processing for you and us, please use our complaint form (for download). You will receive an RMA number in the course of processing. Please quote this in all correspondence.
We would like to point out that our products are developed specifically for the respective region/country, e.g. DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). We cannot say to what extent the technical requirements or laws of other countries have an influence on the installation. Please contact your dealer for further information.
For accounting reasons, replacement deliveries can only be provided for a fee. If, after returning and checking the replacement delivery, a justified complaint is found, you will receive a credit note for this.
Please understand that we have to charge a processing fee of 100 euros net for an unjustified complaint and that the delivered item cannot be returned. If, unless otherwise agreed, the item complained about has not been returned to us within 3 weeks, we will close the process and charge you the processing fee. We would also like to point out that further costs (technicians, experts, etc.) may be incurred as part of the processing of your complaint. In the event of an unjustified complaint, we will pass these on to you if necessary.
