Accounting Specialist – Accountant with controlling agendas (m/f/d)
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial, subject-related vocational training, preferably with further qualification as an accountant (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- A high affinity for numbers, reliability and a structured way of working
- Good teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of honesty and loyalty
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and common accounting programs, such as DATEV
Your tasks:
- Independent management of ongoing financial accounting
- Posting of current business transactions in DATEV
- Support and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Dunning and receivables management / credit insurance monitoring
- Payment transactions and bank bookings
- Close cooperation and proactive support of the commercial management
- Creation of evaluations, reports and statistical messages
- Assumption of controlling activities, monitoring of forecast and budget planning, target/actual comparisons and variance analyses
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and assistance with annual financial statements
- Contact for STB, WP, banks and insurance companies
